1:1 sessions are perfect for those wanting feedback on technique, guidance with exercises, injury rehab, or if you need an extra bit of motivation.
Semi-private classes offer a more affordable price point while still being small enough to cater to your unique goals and needs.

This is for those who have specific goals and would like a personalised program. These will be designed to suit you, with 3-4 workouts a week. This is suited for anyone who:
Want to get fit, strong and confident in the gym
Have specific goals or concerns and need more of a personalised approach
Have injuries you need to rehab, prehab or want to prevent
Would like exercises to increase your mobility or stability
Have sport specific goals
$35 per week, billed fortnightly. Minimum of 4 weeks. Cancellation requires 1 weeks notice.
