A bit about Movement…

Movement Health & Wellness was founded by Jess Milsom, a chiropractor and personal trainer.

After working as a personal trainer for years, Jess found a special interest in working with those who have injuries or chronic pain, and finding ways that movement can aid in their recovery. From there she pursued her studies in chiropractic at Macquarie University. Jess began working as a coach at the Surfer’s Gym in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and decided to incorporate both of her worlds: movement and chiropractic, and so Movement Health & Wellness clinic space was born in 2025.

The name Movement comes from the belief that any activity that brings you joy, makes you feel young, or keeps you present in the moment is essential for a high-quality life. Our goal is to help you maintain the ability to move freely and do what you love for as long as possible.

Our logo features a yin-yang symbol, representing the balance needed in life, performance, and recovery. We believe in working hard but also resting well, taking things seriously when needed but knowing when to let go. In healthcare, balance also means blending analytical thinking with openness to new ideas—continuously learning and adapting as research evolves.

At Movement, we recognize that no single treatment works for everyone. That’s why we take a multimodal approach, combining evidence-based care with individual preferences to create treatment plans that truly work for each person.

Chiropractic is a drug-free and natural approach to wellbeing. Using clinical expertise and hands on techniques to effectively evaluate, diagnose and treat your aches, pains and niggles. At Movement, we utilise multimodal evidence based techniques to ensure you get the best quality of care.

online coaching

Online training available anywhere, anytime. Ideal for those unable to attend in person appointments, but still would like help and guidance for their goals and rehab. Online coaching includes full app access and fortnightly check in’s to keep you on track.
