Whether you're working your way back from an injury, building a foundation in the gym for the first time, or training toward a specific goal, sessions are built around where you're at right now and where you want to get to.
Jess brings both a chiropractic and strength and conditioning background to every session, which means your programming is informed by how your body actually moves — not just a generic plan.

Sessions are hands-on and practical — Jess will coach you through your program, provide real-time feedback, and adjust the session based on how you're moving and feeling on the day.

For those who want a personalised program but prefer to train on their own schedule at their own gym. Online coaching is suited to people with specific goals, those managing an injury or movement limitation, or anyone who wants more structure and accountability in their training.
Each program is written specifically for you — not a template — with 3–4 workouts per week designed around your goals, your equipment, and your body.
Who it's suited to:
Building general fitness, strength and confidence in the gym
Injury rehabilitation or prehab
Improving mobility or stability
Sport-specific training goals
Anyone who's tried generic programs and wants something that actually fits
Pricing:
$40 per week, billed fortnightly
Minimum commitment of 4 weeks
Cancellation requires 1 week's notice

Cancellation Policy
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations within a 24-hour window incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. This applies to all in-person 1:1 and semi-private sessions.
How movement coaching and chiropractic care work together
Chiropractic care and movement coaching serve different but complementary roles. Chiropractic is focused on assessment, diagnosis and hands-on management of musculoskeletal pain and injury. Movement coaching is focused on building capacity — strength, control, resilience — so your body is better equipped over the long term.
For some people, chiropractic care is all that's needed. For others, adding a coaching component bridges the gap between getting out of pain and staying out of it. And for some, coaching sessions are the starting point — particularly if their goal is building strength or returning to a sport rather than managing a specific pain complaint.
There's no requirement to do both. Jess will give you an honest picture of what she thinks would actually be useful for your situation.
Where sessions are held
In-person coaching sessions are run at Surfers Gym, 8 Villiers Place, Cromer NSW 2099 — the same building as the chiropractic clinic. The gym is fully equipped for strength and conditioning work.
Online coaching clients can train at any gym or home setup — programs are written to suit your available equipment.
Movement Health & Wellness sees patients and coaching clients from across the Northern Beaches including Dee Why, Collaroy, Narrabeen, Wheeler Heights, Brookvale, Frenchs Forest and surrounding suburbs.
